"I placed an order to be delivered to a family member and in the midst of placing the order, I received a text message for a coupon to be applied to my order. The order form would not accept the edit to apply the coupon and when I called Customer Service for help, I spoke with a woman with a crying child in the background and who informed me it was too late to apply the coupon and that you do not send coupons via text message. I may not have a degree in Computer Technology but I do know the difference between a text message and an email. I will never use your company in the future.
