"The flowers were beautiful but delivered a day late. I did not get a call from the delivery until a day after they were to be delivered. Apparently they tried to deliver on the correct day but didn't get an answer at the door.

I had put in two phone numbers to call in case of problems and neither number was call the day of the delivery. They did call the next day when they again attempted to deliver.
