"I placed my order two weeks ago and Axent Micro promptly processed my payment. My order, however, has not shipped, and the order status has remained at 'Qued to ship' for several days. No one from the company answers the phone (EVER) or responds to voicemails, or emails directed to the address they provide on their website. I would highly recommend spending an extra dollar and shopping with a different business that is responsive to its customers."
"I placed an order & waited 3 weeks for my package to arrive. Finally, after receiving no mail from Axent Micro I checked their website to determine the status of my order. I saw that it still had not shipped. I looked on Axent Micro's website and they still had the parts I had ordered in stock. Since I needed these parts ASAP for a job I cancelled the order and purchased the parts I needed from another online retailer. "I found about axentmicro through froogle search. They beat sonys price by $50 and that includes their shipping fee. I was amazed when i ordered the lense on thursday at 5 pm and it arrived at noon on friday. I don't like buying online due to the wait for my stuff, but these guys gave me the great deal and lessened the wait. I was able to use the lense today to photograph our trip to Lancaster. I was quite impressed to get such great service from a company I had never heard of before. I will definatly shop here again."

"I would not order from Axent Micro again. At the time I placed my order, their site showed a stock of over 20 of each of the items I ordered. I could not access the site to trace the order and it took them 5 days to finally respond to my repeated emails and voice mails. The items were erroneously shown to be in stock at the time I placed the order, so I canceled the order when I finally found out they were on back order. My credit card was charged at the time I placed the order, but Axent did promptly credit my card when the order was cancelled."
"I ordered a laptop hard drive (at the time I ordered, the site said there were 20 in stock) from Axent about a week ago and my credit card was charged the same day, but nothing has shipped. I have contacted them twice asking about what's going on, and they have ignored my emails. Getting worried. Hopefully, they will resolve this, but at the moment I am very dissatisfied.
Update: They just contacted me to say that they were cancelling my order and refunding my charge. As long as that goes through, the customer service has been fairly good."

"Placed an order online two days earlier and still shows in-process. I clicked the link at the bottom of the page for contact information and it hits a dead link (in fact properties for the link show http// and that is all - so someone doesn't want to be contacted). I eventually found both an 800 number and a toll number. I called both and didn't even get a human voice, it was one of those voice-chip generated voices with a standard announcement.
Left a message and I was still waiting. Got to admit it left me a bit nervous about having used my CC card with this company I couldn't even reach by phone. I'll keep y'all updated and see if I get a response.

I eventually got an email, indicating that their warehouse had been going through some sort of a problem for a couple of days.
I DID get the product and it arived in good condition and as promised. I guess I'm just used to more responsive customer service and was made more than a little nervous that the contact links were hitting bad links."
"While the buying experience was excellent, the after sales has been problematic. The product I bought went wrong, so after unsucessfully trying to progress a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer, I contacted Axent on 2/27. After a couple of weeks they issued an RMA 3/6 saying they would take care of it and that I could place a new order if I wanted a replacement. I shipped the faulty product back to them 3/9, arriving 3/16, and heard nothing from Axent until 4/6. On this date I was told I would be getting a credit to my card the following day. No credit appeared so I chased this a couple of times, and got assurances each time that a credit would be issued that day or the next. The credit appeared on my card on 4/27.
I agree with the response from Axent that this was a complex situation involving a manufacturer who doesn't seem to stand behind their products, rather than being a situation caused by them. However, I still feel like there was a lack of communication appraising me of the delay, and that repeated assurances were made which were not met. I have edited my initial comment to reflect the current status."

I've left three voice mails and one email; still no response. They dont show a tracking number on any item; if they don't call me back, I'm going to call the credit card company and dispute the charge."
