"Made order on Jan. 3 for a $1,500 scanner. It's Feb 8 still no scanner. Supposed to have 18 available at the time of purchase.
No one ever answers the phone or calls you back they do not respond to emails either.
I am now in a predicament....purchase another scanner which I need for business and hope and pray they don't send one in 3 months. If getting product shipped is so hard imagine how hard it is to return it.

"The website did not have the capacity to put a SHIPPING address in, only a Billing address and it used the billing address as the shipping address which in my case in incorrect.
They sent me an e-mail about it, I replied within 5 minutes of getting their note and they still hadn't shipped 1 week later.

"Never heard of Axent Micro before but they had the lowest price on the web for a name brand toner cartridge. Gave them a chance and ordered. Im glad I did, bought the cartridge for 50% less than major stores and ground shipping was lightning fast. Product was the highest quality and name brand for a generic price. I have a new respect for Axent Micro and would purchase from again for my computer needs."

"I normally shop at another online computer parts store, but when they didn't carry the Seagate 100 GB portable hard drive I was looking for I found Axent Micro. Axent Micro had one of the best prices on the web, which together with their scant number of reviews and a less than impressive website made me pretty wary. However, most of the reviews were very positive and I was very impressed that the folks from Axent Micro actually publicly responded to reviews that brought up issues. As it turns out, everything went very smoothly and I have no real complaints. The only thing I could ask for is a more user-friendly website. Specifically, it was pretty difficult and confusing to navigate when I was just browsing for items - I actually couldn't find the hard drive I ordered when browsing for it, when I did a search for it though it popped right up.

"Sales Experience and Sales Team Service at AxentMicro has been great. I ordered 2#'s of 1GB Ram. After placing an order I wanted to update it to three #'s. I tried by to call customer support but always went to Voice message (100% of times).I got little nervous about not being able to talk to customer service. I sent an EMAIL to the sales team requesting an order quantity change. I started getting little nervous about not getting a reply for some time. I was following the ratings as per this website which had 10/10.
Within an hour I got the reply asking me to place a new order with qty=3 nos and cancel the first order. I did accordingly and they fixed the order.
To make sure that everything is fine, i wanted the sales team to confirm that they have cancelled the first order and processed the second order. I also wanted them to confirm that the charges on my credit card would be equal to the second order only. In less than an hour they confirmed the order, the qty in the order, the amount they would charge my credit card and also the site had the updated information about the order and the real time availability of the RAM was also updated. It was one of the classic experiences of customer service. The email exchanges made me feel that i am communicating with some one in my company that i am working.
But for no one answering the Phone, toll free number (Which should not bother me anymore in my future orders, because of email experience with this order) I am very happy with the order experience. Also no other merchant could beat them in price.
I would strongly recommend this site to anyone looking for best service, at very competitive price.

"I was in need of a SD memory card for my new digital camera. I did a search on Froogle and found one with AxentMicro a 256MB card for $18.77, an amazing price!!! I paid an additional $6.91 for standard ground shipping (4-7 days).
I placed this order on the afternoon of Sunday, November 6th, 2005. FedEx attempted to deliver the package on Tuesday, November 8th, but according to the tracking details, they had trouble locating my address. The SD memory card was successfully delivered on the morning of Wednesday, November 9th.

"Axent Micro has outstanding, personal customer service. After speaking with them over the phone, I immediately put in my order for a 2.5" 100Gb Hard drive.
After a week of using it, the hard drive died. I called the manufacturer and they said to contact the seller. So, I called Axent Micro (with some amount of dread I'll admit) and was pleasantly surprised by their response. Not only did they immediately offer to replace the hard drive, but went ahead and shipped out my replacement before I had even mailed the broken one back to them!

"I ordered Phaser ink sticks from another company I had used for some time (albeit, with minor problems in the past). The other company sent generic sticks rather than the genuine items I ordered, and were terrible about fixing there error (after a month, it still isn't fixed). I ordered from Axent Micro to replace the sticks the other company failed to send. Axent sent me the right items right away, with no trouble. Once I realized the other company was going to play games for a while, I sought to double my Axent Micro order to prevent running out. Axent had an online chat feature that allowed me to quickly and conveniently ask them to double the order of ink sticks, without even having to re-enter my payment information. They combined the two orders, shipped immediately, and charged a lower pro-rated shipping charge than the orders would have been separately. They even sent an email with my tracking number the following day. Excellent service!"

"They had the lowest price on the logitech G7 that I could find. I checked their rating and they had good reviews, but not many so I was a little hesitant to order. I'm glad I did though because I recieved my order very quickly. The only thing about the place I don't like is their website/tracking. It automatically updates with the tracking info, but doesn't give you the actual number. You have to email them to get it, but I recieved it very promptly after requesting it. I plan on ordering the logitech G15 once they get it in stock as froogle lists them as having it the cheapest too. "
