"Horrible experience. Bought a sliding rear window and it didn't fit. Owner, Mark, insisted that it did, even though the glass installer spoke with him and told him it didn't. It was very difficult to get the glass returned as Mark needed a RA from Guardian glass. What Mark didn't seem to understand is that as the customer, he sold me a part that didn't fit and I wanted my money back. I was not concerned that he needed an RA from Guardian, I didn't buy the glass from Guardian and just wanted my money back. Guardian did pick up the glass today and we will see how long it takes to actually get my money back. I will never purchase another product from this company, the customer service is horrible. "
