"I called to speak to someone with az trucks because i wanted to make sure the parts I was ordering were gonna be in stock, the , person I talked to put me on hold called the company in this case was Aries for nerf bars. that was on Aug 15th. They came back said yes everything was in stock. I had to make two additional calls to find out why the product hadn't shipped. they had to call them and find out. . then it still took another week to get the . I was somewhat disappointed because the other product I did order came the next day. the other ones did come on the 29th. "

"They gave a very good description of the part, however they had two different part numbers for the same with a small difference in price which was confusing. I made a phone call and the gentleman at AZ trucks did not now what the difference was either but recommended the one part number which is what I ordered. Later I went to the site so that they had corrected the entry to define that the type of mounting bracket was the difference. Had I know that I would have ordered the other part number."
