"I ordered a Samsung 191T LCD monitor and a few days after my order, I received a call from a gentleman advising me that the 191T was replaced by the 191T+ and would I upgrade to that. I agreed and he indicated it would ship right away. I wait a while and check my order status on their website and it says NOT SHIPPED. The order email confirmation from BCD2000 specifically says they would not charge my credit card until the item shipped. They charged my credit card anyway, but no monitor and order status still says not shipped. I have emailed the company and they do not respond. I have called and you always get put on hold. This is a TOLL call, so you can't really afford to wait on hold forever. I have called my credit card company to start the process of disputing the charge since I can't confirm what is going on. This company is a cyber black hole as far as I can tell. I think for now on I will always call a company's order line and make sure there are actually humans on the other end. Very disappointing after reading so many positive comments from other buyers."
"Very Dissatisfied.Beware of buying from this company.I ordered a Windows XP from them on 2/28/04 and have not yet recieved it as of 4/9/04.I went though all the channels I was told to do.And when this was all done they said a lady by the name of Jeanene was the only one left to assist me.I have sent several E-mails with only one reply back stating she would get back with me.And she is the VP of the sales.I'm am down to contacting the B.B.B.on this company.I have called and all I get is voice mails with no call backs.This company doesn't help once they have your money.AGAIN PLEASE LET THE BUYER BEWARE.GO ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE YOUR ITEMS!!!!"
"BCD2000 MAY BE FRAUDULENT!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BCD2000. I am very dissatisfied. BCD2000 says orders placed before noon EST are "generally" shipped within 24 hrs. Well, after three days I have yet to even find out if it has shipped or not. The company's service level is very, very poor (they generally don't answer the phone) and I have been getting the run-around ever since. When I called customer service to ask that my order be cancelled, they said my order had been shipped. When I asked for a shipment tracking number, I was told by customer service to wait until it shows up on the web. Guess what? My order status on the web site shows that it did not ship BUT they charged my credit credit card (the web site says you won't be charged until shipment). I now have no tracking number even though BCD2000 insists that it shipped but they refuse to give me any shipping information. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BCD2000!!!!!!!!!!"
"BCD hasn't returned a $629.00 credit for return of a defective monitor that they acknowledge they have received. I aso have the FEDEX receipt.
This has been going on since January. This is APRIL. I'd recommend you proceed with GREAT caution should you return something. Once these people have your money they don't want to let go of it. Only thing I'm told by the VP of Customer Service, Jeanene Arrington is, "Well, accounting has been told."

"My overall experience with BCD2000 was very good. The product was delivered on time and my questions about availablitiy were answered promptly. The price of the product was the second lowest I was able to find but BCD's dead pixel guaranty was a major factor for buying the monitor from them."
"WARNING! Do NOT do business with BCD2000! If you have the slightest problem with your order, you will get NO support! I ordered two monitors from them on Jan 17, 2004 since the web site indicated that they would be receiving them in the next few days. By Feb 16, they still had not shipped. I canceled the order by phone and received email stating that they would put me back on the waiting list if I was unable to find the monitors elsewhere. I found the monitors at another merchant, ordered, and received them in three days. On Feb 27, I received an email from BCD2000 stating that my order (which had of course been canceled) had just shipped! I wrote their customer service rep (Simon Dunsmoor, ***-***-**** x850, ****@****), and notified them of their error. He advised me to refuse shipment. I refused shipment, and UPS returned the monitors to BCD2000 separately on Mar 8, and Mar 9. It is now TWENTY DAYS since they got their monitors back, and nearly a MONTH since they erroneously charged me, and I have yet to receive a refund. I'm still out nearly $1200 for THEIR (supposed) MISTAKE! All phone calls go to voice mail, and are not returned. All emails have been ignored. THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND WILL NOT HELP YOU! Be warned...

"What a pain in the ---. Purchased 3 17" LCD monitors on 3/29/04. On 3/30/04 my credit card was charged. I called on 4/5/04 and was told the item had shipped on 4/3/04 and was waiting for a tracking number. On 4/15/04 I called back and was told by Simon that he could not verify shipment but would have someone contact me. On 4/20/04; still have not heard from anyone. Customer service is hard to get through. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card. Would not purchase from again."

I assume it only shipped because of my repeated phone merssages and emails, non of which were responded to. Getting someone on the phone is impossible, and I even got disconnected several times. "The website is easy to navigate through. The product I bought, which was a LCD monitor, had enough information I needed, whereas for many other online stores, did not have much information. Of course I would have read up on it anyway, but it's simply convinient for the customers - have information for the product.
Only problem I had was that the delivery was slow. I order sometime end of December and finally received e-mail confirming its shipping at the beginning of March. It would have been nice if I knew whether or now the product was in stock, the date of availability, and estimated time of arrival. I had to e-mail the store sometime in January to know the situation."
