"I purchased Windows XP Home Edition (OEM) and was somewhat disapointed it is the 2002 version. Perhaps I missed the version information in the description? Also, a shipping and handling charge of almost $10.00 was charged yet postage was less than $2.00. I feel the charge was excessive for the the actual shipping cost! I will most likely not do business with them in the future. I'm certain a handsome profit was made on the product alone being that is the 2002 version of XP. My experience with other on line vendors is that the shipping cost is based on package weight and zip code, thus a reasonable charge. "Very slow in processing my order and then refunding it when I asked to cancel. I did not receive a refund for shipping even though I tried to cancel before the ship date. They are very nice to talk to over the phone but it seems very fake because their service is poor.

To make matters worse, I was charged about a month after the refund (which took a month to process) for the original amount. I did not authorize this charge and that made me furious. Whether it was a mistake or something else, it should not happen, EVER. Their customer service is very slow to resolve issues and I will deal with them again. "

"BCD2000 has not refunded $1916.85 for merchandise that was returned in December of 2003. They claim the refund was processed to my credit card, but as of today (3-6-04) my bank advises no refund was processed.

I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau and starting a collection action against this company."

"Ordered a GeForce FX5600 VIVO card from BCD2000 three weeks ago. The price was right at that time, though s/h charges were worse than in a majority of other companies. A week later received a completely different card FX5600 without VIVO, which is normally $70 cheaper. Tried to return the item, so far got only one email from them saying that RMA will be issued in 3 days and then couldn't get anything from them for two weeks. There RMA process indicated that they don't reimburse their inflated s/h charges. Don't think I will ever shop with them."

My original invoice states the 30pack but once it was shipped i rechecked my online invoice and it was switched to a single xp pro without my consent or approval. "I ordered some OCZ memory modules but unfortunaly the one I ordered were discontinued by the manufacturer. They offered to refund me the money or offer me another product. OCZ just released some new memory modules that seem to perform very well so I asked them if they could get those specific modules for me, after a couple of days they mailed me and told me they could order it for me so I gave them the go ahead. They shipped the package monday 23 februari. This is due to the products I ordered which were hard to get. But their sales representative were very patient and helpful, by e-mail and phone.

P.S. it was an international order to the Netherlands

UPDATE: When I received my shipment which was shipped by another carrier then the one I paid 35 dollars for and the product that I received was not the one I had ordered they refuse to give me my refund stating that the invoice date is past 15 days.. well it sure has.. from 21 january till 15 march to receive some memory, and the wrong memory nonetheless."

"This company failed to deliver the products I ordered. My original order was for two products, both of which showed as in stock. I received order confirmation, and never had any indication they were not shipping. One week later, my order is showing not shipped. I called customer service and got a voicemail. I then called sales, and got a person who wouldn't be back at his desk for a few hours to check on the status. I finally cancelled, as I needed the item for a trip I am leaving on tomorrow.
