"I ordered an xecuter 2x programmer on september 12th, 2007. I checked my bank statement, saw that the transaction went through smoothly and figured I would be receiving my item soon. Two weeks pass,and no xecuter 2x programmer... I politely sent a message to merchant on their internet help forum on the 25th -- no response. i message them several more times over a course of a week or so, still, no response from the merchant. frankly, i feel neglected and insulted as a customer. it seems as though they do not value their customers enough to consult them about either their item or the money they took. I suppose that they may simply be out of stock on the particular item i ordered, but had they just told me that, i would not feel upset about their business. I would never recommend these guys to anyone -- their relatively low prices are no compensation for their lack of customer service. do not buy from this company."
"I order a Xecuter 2.X programmer showed in stock. I still have not recevied the product nor a refund. All attempts to get info has sucked. Brian the manager sent an email said it was a backorder and would ship middle of the week 2 weeks later nothing . No refund, no email nothing I would steer all my friends to another site as this is the worest customer service ever. I would not buy from this company ever again!!!"
"First of all, what caught my eye was most of their items were way below what other site were selling. I was looking to buy an LCD display and a xecuter 3 mod chip for my xbox. My credit card was not approved but the money was taken out anyways, it took several days to get a reply from their site. Brian, the owner emails me back finally and tells me that the card was not approved for address validation. That took several more days fighting with my bank to put the money back as to why. Then I ordered again, the transaction went through fine. They have cheap shipping one one item, only $3. I have sent follow up emails asking what the status of my order. If it was shipped when it was supposed to be I feel I should have gotten it by now, based upon the 3-5 business days it said on the website. I went on to their website today and it is not even live, and is timing out, and down. This is not a good sign in my view. The one thing that gets me is there is not way to contact BMMODS outside of creating a ticket on bmmods.info (which is working still) and it takes them several days. FYI. The last time I sent them a ticket and wait for them to respond to your ticket. It has been since May 29th now since I asked when my items would be shipped and I have yet to get a response yet. Will post again when I finally do get something back or a response to see what the heck happened. I wish anyone luck who orders from this place."

"Well I ordered a Xapt3r from their site and it took awhile to come, but nevertheless it came, so I opened my package and notice that the screws that suppose to come with my Xapt3r are missing. Then I just try to use other methods without the screws to mount the xapt3r to my motherboard but it didn't work out. So I asked them in my ticket to issue me my 2 screws that are suppose to be in the package that I payed for."

"First off, I want to say I am glad I chose BMMods for my modding needs after reading reviews on this site(Resellerratings.com) and also on Xbox-Scene.com
I ordered an install of a SmartXX v3 and 300GB HDD upgrade on May 15th. Used their ticket system (which is great!)and got a reply next day for their shipping address and they recieved my xbox on May 19th. On BMMods website is says it takes 3-7 business days to complete installs [of items which are instock] after they recieve your xbox. I did not make my order with the expectation the work would be complete within 7 days but I would have never guessed I would get an order completion confirmation on June 16th.
I must say communication aspect of the customer service was superb and that along with the quality professional work they did is why I am not one of the disgruntled customers you read in those previous reviews. I think the delay in my order(#14724) was and is not the norm. My patience paid off and BMMods will get my business again without hesitation."
"i order a chip from these guys, got it ontime( but its slow due to the mail) and then i saw that i didnt get everything i ordered *gasp* i sent then a notice about it. and within the next bussines day i got something back letting me know that they were sending the other part out asap, and that it was a simple shiping error. i was so happy to know that i wasnt getting screwwed. and best of all i didnt have to jump through hoops to get this solved. which made me even happer. all and all i would do bussiness with these guys in a heart beat, if they make mistake they will correct it and also quickly!"
