"Ordered a tail light circuit board. The tail lights are a printed circuit board with surface-mounted LEDs, not a traditional bulb and housing on my car. I got the correct part, but it's clear it has been through 4 different dealers based on the transfer stickers. The original box shows wear and shipping labels consistent with being opened and shipped several times. Not worried about a part that's been handled and shipped around, if it's been wrapped back up in its bubble wrap and taken care of. That is not the case here. The circuit cards are a two-piece deal with a mounting bracket that secures them to the back of the car. All three pieces were loose in the box with the bubble wrap underneath and not even remotely protecting the parts. The part's original box was then thrown into a larger box with no packaging at all, so this part was slamming around inside a box, inside of a bigger box the whole way to my house. Not acceptable for a $100 part from the OEM. I sent an email and left a voicemail with the parts department over a week now. No response, I cannot recommend BMW Northwest for your BMW part needs. "
