"One of the parts was backordered for my last order, and the order was canceled with no notification at all. I had to call to find out one of the parts had no expected ship date.

Additionally, my orders are frequently canceled because items are NLA or backordered. It is difficult to resubmit because every item must be added again manually. There should be a way to re-add the items from a canceled order so that appropriate changes can be made. Even just making the items on the order email into links so that I can click on them, rather than having to search each one would be a huge improvement.

I will say that the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and I appreciate that, but the whole ordering experience with the website leaves a lot to be desired."
