"These folks shipped out a part, but the part was incorrect.
They make it difficult to return the parts for refunds. There is no clear way to do this on their website. They charge a 15% restock fee but over the call I was told that it's 20% over the phone....
They do not list what address to return the part too nor will they pay for shipping to return any orders."

"I will never do business with these people. I placed an order on 7/21/11 credit card charged on 7/22/11. Their website said that I would have a tracking number within two days of placing the order. I never got one. I made five calls to their customer service line and each call I spent at least 25 minutes on hold. When I finally got an agent,he was unable to tell me anything except they did not have a tracking number yet which mean after 9 day they never shipped the part. I finally gave up and currently waiting for delivery."
"I will never do business with these people. It took 13 days to get the part. Their website said that I would have a tracking number within two days of placing the order. I never got one. I made four calls to their customer service line and each call I spent at least 15 minutes on hold. When I finally got an agent, I was either disconnected or the agent was unable to tell me help me. One agent actually gave me a tracking number and told me to call UPS. I called UPS and was told that the number I was given was not even close to a UPS tracking number in format. I called customer service back again (waited another 15 munutes on hold), explained the situation and was told that I would be transferred to customer service. I protested and explained that that was the number I called to get them. He said that there was another customer service line and he would connect me. He then tried (or pretended to try) to connect me and I was disconnected again. I finally gave up and waited for delivery."
