"I ordered a podstudio kit from BSW. It was shipped two day shipping. But on the day it was suppose to arrive, no podstudio. I contacted BSW and they said that they hadn't shipped it because they could not read the apartment number that I put in the first address section of the order. "I ordered (1) ADAPTXLRF and (1) ADAPTXLRM adapters and paid with PayPal. According to their website both items were in stock. Ten days later no package. No backorder email. No communication of ANY kind from BSW. I called customer service to find out what happened and they said they had a run on the adapter and couldn't fulfill my order. They further said more were on order but because of a problem with the order they couldn't tell me when it would be shipped. A day later their site still says the product is in stock.
EDIT: I was contacted by Tom Roalkvam - EVP for BSW. He apologized for the problems I experienced and sent me out a set of adaptors at no cost. I know that mistakes happen. It's how companies deal with the mistakes that matter most. Thanks Tom. I'll definitely work with BSW in the future. Thank you!"
