"I use BSW for many reasons but the most important are their knowledge of products. Sure you can find the same equipment on other sites but are you going to get a knowledgeable and "been there" answer. BSW staff knows their products and can usually guide you to the best product for what you are looking for. I even tested them, shame on me, I have years of experience with different broadcast microphones and I know what one hits the sweet spot for my voice. After going through a few exercises over the phone with their staff, they picked out the best microphone for my voice. I tried to have them recommend a Neumann, can't go wrong there, well they said they think I would like another microphone better and guess what it was the same microphone I have been using for the past 8 years. I know I will always get an honest answer to my questions at BSW and that is why I will always go to them."
"I could tell that the company was trying hard to do their best for their customers. I would come back to them for future needs. The only issue during my last order was late shipping. It was to ship from the factory (which was stated on the product page) and within 1-2 days. Apparently the factory did not follow through and it was delayed 10 days. Not their fault, but I did not receive any feedback about the delay until I called, no big deal."
