"I placed an order with Baby Scholars on 9/30/2015 for a “My First Tool Box” by Baby Gund with personalization. On the completed order screen it stated it would ship in 2-3 days by USPS. My card was charged on 10/8/2015 for the amount in full. On 10/24/2015 I emailed the company requesting a status with no reply. I emailed them again 10/30/2015 and left a phone message. On 11/2/2015 they replied it was on backorder , had just arrived, and would be shipped soon. On 11/6/2015 I sent another email and left a phone message with no reply. On 11/25/2015 I called and left another phone message with no reply. Today is 12/4/2015 and I sent another email and left a phone message. I am so disappointed in this company and their lack of response to the customers. It is now 21 days until Christmas and I still don’t have this gift for my Grandson. I will NEVER buy from this company again. "

"BEWARE!!!! DO NOT ORDER from BABYSCHOLARS.COM. They will give you the run around. They DO NOT return phone calls or emails. My order status read "This order is pending Review" ever since i ordered it. I was only replied to (via email) after i called and left several messages and sent emails to CANCEL my order due to LACK OF COMMUNICATION. She was very rude and argumentative!!
A transaction from this company did appear on my card (even though she argued that it wasn't) and now the charge isn't showing up at all. Sure wish i had read all of the other reviews before placing my order with this company. I did however, get the order canceled.
By e-mail, I was also told "DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM OUR SITE AGAIN. Any future orders from you will be canceled since you cannot honor the time frame posted on our site and are doing whatever possible to make it look like we are at fault and all we did was fulfill you order"

"Ordered a twinkle baby on June 23, 2014 to replace one for my daughter. My card was charged the next day. I have sent seven emails and left five messages over the last three and a half months. I have received no correspondence from them. This company has crappy customer service and does not value customers. Do not order from them."

"Received one item in a timely manner but never received the other item in our order. This was a Christmas present for my daughter and we waited and waited and it never showed up. Sent several emails and left several messages and never heard back. After a month I finally heard back from them and they continued to give me the run around. Finally, I filed a complaint with the BBB and after 2 1/2 months I finally received a refund. Will never use this company again."

"So tired of dealing with businesses that do not value the dollar of their customer. I ordered a gift from babyscholars.com and I wish I had read these reviews prior. Needless to say my neice never received her gift and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. So I wrote a review on this site. Babyscholars does not even have an option to write a review nor did I receive anything from them asking about their service. #lessonlearned. Always research before purchasing no matter how things appear."

"Ordered a gift for my nephew on Tuesday, recieved it by Saturday afternoon! Despite my doubts, I contiued with my order. They returned my email within 24 hrs. The wrapping was good and the when I opened the item it was in great condition. If you think that you have any concerners, just email them, and also ask for comfirmation email if you did not get one the first time after placing the order, that's what I did."

"Ordered an adorable gift outfit on line from Baby Scholars on July 25th. My credit card was charged on August 5th but the item was never delivered. Then they asked me for a review of the product to which I replied, saying it was never received. No reply. Have sent them three e-mails with no reply. Someone by the name of Michael of Global Logistics answers the phone. Have no idea how this correlates to Baby Scholars. The first time I called the voice mailbox advised it was full. Have never experienced anything like this. Am disputing the charge through my credit card company as of this date of September 7, 2011, nothing has been received by the gift recipient. No wonder they don't want to be rated. They are the absolute worst."

"I ordered from My Little Princess.com. I received an email that dresses would be shipped in 4-7 days. That was on the 14th of July. Still the owner, Sherrie is telling me it will be another 4-7 days. Sherrie, the owner, was rude, degrading and at times laughed at my comments and concerns. When asked what the name and phone number was of the wholesaler they ship from she laughed at me and told me "it was none of my business" DO NOT ORDER FROM MY LITTLE PRINCESS OR BABYSCHOLARS.COM. READ OTHER REVIEWS IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME."

"I came across this website after I ordered from Babyscholars and was very worried. I sent an email asking about my order status and got a response within 2 hours that my order would ship within 2 business days. But then I got an email the next day that they already shipped my order! Not sure about other customers experiences, but mine was great! I got my package in few days and my son loved his costume."

"Absolutely, 100% agree w/ all of the NEGATIVE reviews on this site. The customer service is undoubtedly the worst I have ever dealt with...and I do A LOT of my shopping online.

Not only was I lied to once - when I finally got a response via email after 2 attempts, they said that they did not recieve my previous msgs...but they replied off of those msgs!!! - but three times! The responses I got were extremely vague and still did not provide any type of update on my order. It simply stated that they would get back to me w/ my order status within the next day. It has been 4 days now...still no reply.

I have requested to cancel my order - my niece will not be getting a present on time from me this year...how embarrassing!

I strongly dissuade anyone from shopping on this site.
