I spend over $7.800 on a tempering machine by chocovision the enrober was not working and was stuttering and once I let chocolate Flo into it completely froze up. After wanting to return it the day after they said they would have to charge me a 15% restocking fee because it’s now considered used.Mind you I wasn’t able to run a single chocolate through it.it had been nothing but aggravation and disappointment with this company. "I placed an order for a carbon steel pan, a non-stick pan, and a few kitchen utensils Thanksgiving week. When I received the package, poor packing had resulted in significant damage to the non-stick pan. I was not happy and sent an email with photographs of the damage that weekend to BakeDeco.
Keep in mind this was Black Friday weekend. But I still had a reply from customer service before 10:00 Monday morning, with an offer of a no-fuss, no need to return replacement. And that replacement arrived promptly.

"Bought an $800 kitchenaid that was non responsive. It was only more convenient for them to arrange a refund instead of a replacement, which I would have preferred bcs I wanted THIS model. Did not respond to email about diagnosing unit instead of sending back to KA. Repairmen found a switch to be problem, which I ordered and replaced $114 more. When asked if they or KA would cover, KA turned on me with all they might bcs “ unit was opened” no warranty etc. Contact from bakedeco told me expressly replacement of this model was not option, KA said it was and that was reason for declining covering cost of switch. If you buy from them, you take a chance. If this was an easily available item, I would have returned for refund and bought another here or somewhere else. Bakedeco rep basically lied to me and left me out to dry. Lesson learned! Thanks Malky! "
