"This was my first purchase from Baker's Gas. I had heard some good things about them on the Welding Forums and thought I would check them out. I found their prices to be very competitive and in many cases, lower than the competition. Low prices weren't my only concern. I don't care how low prices are, if you don't receive good customer service, then you have wasted your money. I found that Baker's Gas excels in customer service.

I received my order very quickly, but one of the items had a manufacturer's defect. I called Baker's Gas and spoke with Jeremy to tell him of my problem. He immediately contacted the manufacturer and had them ship me out a replacement part. It was here in 3 days. That's great customer service! It's nice to know that if you do have a problem, it will be taken care of immediately. I will continue to shop at Baker's Gas and have already referred a couple of friends."
