"What a pleasure to deal with such a good company. I forgot something in my original order and ordered the second item almost immediately; Baker's sorted that out quickly and efficiently and refunded the difference in the shipping costs. They also readily agreed to ship via USPS; which is a very big deal with Canadians as the "other carrier" whose name also begins with a "U" can and will charge a horrendous amount in brokerage fees!

It's probably unfair to others in Baker's to name someone; but I will anyway. Klein should be the shining example of how a support person acts; absolutely excellent!
