I placed my order on the phone and they called the vendor for me to clarify some technical points, then the order was placed immediately. I never did not know the status of my order as they kept me posted via e-mail from beginning to successful end. Their pricing is very fair and even the shipping costs were very reasonable. The people are nice on the phone even though I did not have to call them all the time to check on things.
