"This is my first time purchasing a welder on-line. Baker’s had the best price for the Miller welder I wanted.
I called the internet order line and had all my questions answered promptly and professionally. I placed the order and within 10 minutes I received and e-mail notice that my order was received and being processed. Within 1 hour I received a 2nd e-mail notice containing the shipping and tracking information. 3 days later the shipment arrived at my doorstep. I plan to order additional welding tools and supplies from them and would recommend them to anyone.

"Great Prices, but they need to communicate better. I ordered on the 28th of November and they took 3 days to process the order (which is fine), but when they processed it, that is when they decided to let me know that they were out of stock. They said they will ship in 3-5 business days. This review is 6 business since that order update and it still is on back order. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I know its the holidays, but they easily could have sent a 5 second email saying it was on back order when I placed the order. Their shopping cart needs to let the customer know something is out of stock so they know NOT to place the order. This was a Christmas present for my Dad and now its looking like its not going to happen."

Received another email after 11 minutes saying my order was now being processed. It took another week (7 days) for my order to ship and to receive the next email with tracking number.
