"Current experience with mortgage lender. Never answers the phone, emails gone unanswered. Cant get a decent appointment with local branch. You call a local branch they say they will call you back by the end of business day but dont. Keep in mind we are talking about a mortgage and getting questions answered so we can proceed with paperwork so time sensitive. BOA acts as if they dont want or need our business when other lenders have made things much easier. This is a horrible way to conduct business. "
