"Current experience with mortgage lender. Never answers the phone, emails gone unanswered. Cant get a decent appointment with local branch. You call a local branch they say they will call you back by the end of business day but dont. Keep in mind we are talking about a mortgage and getting questions answered so we can proceed with paperwork so time sensitive. BOA acts as if they dont want or need our business when other lenders have made things much easier. This is a horrible way to conduct business."
"Lots of cute styles however good luck trying to find most of them in your size to order them. Maybe if they stop giving them all away for free to influencers then maybe we can buy them. I have credits from forgetting to skip the month that I have not been able to use on my orders so thats money just sitting there. If you use your credits then you dont the sale price on items I should be able to use my money how I want even if its on a sale. And above all DELIVERY TAKES FOREVER!! This is not because of covid it has always been that way. They need to use a different company for delivery. Do better Fabletics."
