Like I was mentioning in my email to you that a review is a bit of a go around to report a problem, but none the less I'm glad you did reach out to let us know you had an issue. We'd like to get this fixed as these stands don't usually cause issues. They're pretty straight forward so unless the banner you were trying to use was too small or you didn't use the thumb screws on the arms to fully extend it shouldn't break.
