Fast shipping...but TERRIBLE product
"I was very impressed with the fast shipping of an X Stand that I needed for a trade show. Granted, I paid a lot of money for the expedited shipping, but it was processed quickly. However, the product itself was absolutely TERRIBLE. The entire experience ended up being a waste of money -- and time and frustration."

Brent, We're still trying to contact you, but besides that one email you responded to you've ghosted us. Like I was mentioning in my email to you that a review is a bit of a go around to report a problem, but none the less I'm glad you did reach out to let us know you had an issue. We'd like to get this fixed as these stands don't usually cause issues. They're pretty straight forward so unless the banner you were trying to use was too small or you didn't use the thumb screws on the arms to fully extend it shouldn't break. We don't want you to have a broken stand, you obviously have a banner you need to display so feel free to get back into contact with us so we can resolve this for you. Thanks! 877-389-8645
