"Initially I used the chat line to ask a question about the meaning of the term "frosted and clear". The Banner Buzz rep answered with "frosted is frosted - clear is clear. He was not much help. Lack of training or ??? Later I phoned Banner Buzz's 800 number as I had a couple of questions about the on line order forms. I waited on hold for about 5 min and finally had to end the call without being able to talk to a Cust service rep.. The on-line order form is somewhat difficult to use for first timers."
