I understood from other reviews that the goods come from India so I was ready for a bit of a wait but that did not prepare me.
It appears that once they have sent the parcel Banner Buzz simply just forget about it. Our parcel simple just did not turn up.
After a very long delay I decided to track the parcel and found it was stuck in customs and had been going nowhere for some time.
I called Banner Buzz to ask what was happening....they had no idea as no one at the company checks if orders are delivered.
With only 2 days to go before the event I was buying these for I asked how long the delivery would be, and asked if I had not called them would they have ever known it was stuck in customs...the answer was no they would have no idea!.
I told them to cancel the order and they agreed but a week later the delivery still turned up and I got no refund.
The actual product is OK but if you need your order for any deadline I advise this is maybe not the company you want to you.
PS - I work for a company that imports form India, we track every order daily to ensure our parcels get delivered. Banner Buzz could easily do this as its just good practice and common sense

"After a horrible experience of going through a local graphics company took my money but couldn't complete my order, I found this website. Awesome and easy is an understatement. I need my backdrop for a family even by thanksgiving. I am excited that I will receive it in more than enough time. Other sites wouldn't allow me to upload my own artwork, and had limited options for step and repeat designs. This site was perfect, I just upload and order. Cant wait to see the finished product."

"Ordered a banner. Paid extra for priority shipping. Was told banner shipped but they don't provide tracking numbers. Day after banner was to arrive, had to call, wait 8 min for someone to pick up. They were is a call center so loud that they could hardly hear me. BANNER MADE IN INDIA, CALL CENTER NOT IN USA. Lots of carbon emissions to get a banner half way across the world, when they could just make it here and ship by guaranteed UPS ground. The offshore call center had an attitude, said sorry. I had is ask at least for a shipping refund. They were cheap about the refund and offered me $5 to get me the $14.95 shipping. I had to ask for at least creating me the entire $19.95 shipping. After 5 more mins they did. Can't use them again. Second time I had a problem, second order. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. My time is worth more."
