"When I visited the website a pop-up informed me that I would get FREE shipping if I signed up for the email newsletter. It did not give a minimum purchase value. There was no fine print. I did so, but nothing happened. No code. No free shipping applied. So I tried to contact their "24/7 customer service" and guess what? Chat was unavailable and no one answered the phone after being on hold for at least 10 minutes. I sent an email, since that was the only option available, and when I got a reply the next day the customer service rep simply said free shipping was only available on orders over $99. That was definitely not stated in the pop-up. So far I am pretty disappointed in my experience with Banner Buzz. I hope the product makes up for it. "
