Simple design tools, fast service, responsive staff, on-time delivery

"Both times I've ordered through Banners.com have been simple, smooth and timely. In one case, I didn't even request a proof, but the customer service rep (Joe C.) called me because he was concerned that two of the images I included were a bit pixelated. He asked if I had higher-resolution versions, which I did. Far too many online companies like this would have just used what they were given. But banners.com cared enough to reach out, and the final product with the better logos turned out perfect. They truly want the customer to be happy. And both times I ordered through them, I had the product in hand within a few days. I've waited just as long or longer when using local print shops. Their online design tools are simple and easy as well. I will use them for any and all banner and sign needs from here on out. "

Great customer service, great product!

"At the last minute, I decided my husband needed a banner for his booth setup at a weekend show. I threw together a design and placed my order on Wednesday around noon, opting for overnight shipping (in hands date of Friday) and requested to receive a proof - just wanted professional eyes on it to make sure the design would fit perfectly. Less than an hour later, i got a call from Nick Long letting me know the proof was in my inbox and if I was ready to place the order, to place it within the cutoff window (a few hrs later) and they should be able to produce and ship it to meet my deadline. I checked out the proof and the email from Nick had all the info I needed, I confirmed the order and they started production. My 6’x3’ vinyl banner was in my hands by noon on Friday. Husband was thrilled with the outcome and the quality was even better than I expected! I will absolutely be ordering again, the pricing is fair and the quality is great but the customer service really made me happy. Thank you Nick and team!"
