"This was a horrible experience that had my nerves on edge. I spoke with the rep they gave me to tell her what I was looking foe and gave her ideas and examples. she told me she would send me 3 designs by the end of the day and nothing. I emailed her several times to make sure my order was being worked on. I called to make sure my order was being worked on. No response to emails or calls. A week later... The designs she completed was horrible. . I finally get the design and was floored with disappointment. I completed the design myself and sent it back. I will never use Banners.com again. They charge extra for designs but have no real designers. "
