"My experience with Banners.com has been excellent. Outstanding hands-on service and the printed quality is great. However, I have to submit invoices and it's so hard to get one. I can't download or print one from my account. Or, at least, I haven't been able to figure it out. An invoice has never come with the printed piece in the box, either. So I have to find the email thread, reach out to the customer service rep, and have them send me one. It's a hassle. "
