Excellent Customer Service! A++

"Banners.com have outdone any other organization that I have purchased something from. I ordered a simple banner over the weekend for a friend. I was happy when I received a response from Sam G. asking me to review the banner to ensure it was what I wanted. I had created it myself and at the last minute decided to change some of the 'wording' on the banner. I informed Sam of this and explained the changes I wanted. I thought I'd have to do it myself which I expected to do since it was my own change.

To my pleasant surprise, Sam had prepared the changes to my exact specifications. No questions asked and he just went ahead and got it done quickly (within about 20 minutes) and then wrote an e-mail back within 30 minutes with a preview of the banner itself. It was perfect!

This has been the best customer service experience I have seen in years! I highly recommend this organization (Banners.com) and will definitely go to them first for any future needs within this area. This is the kind of customer service that you think about days after the transaction has been completed. Oh? By the way? Reasonably priced products too! Can't ask for anything more than this. Period. Our go-to place for banners!

"I just discovered this site a few years ago and decided to take a chance. The banner hangs pretty much 24/7/365 outdoors and has held up great for over 4 years now. Anytime I need an event banner this is where I come. Just received our 60th anniversary banner and it looks great! Thanks!"

Banners are awesome with a hitch

"I designed the banners on their site, they made a few changes to it, because of grommets. My assumption was there was only grommets in the 4 corners, not along the top & bottom (which are useless to me) but they're there. So they reduced the type to accommodate them. (OK), Then I requested an 8'6" for the length, but then I measured my canopy and determined that they would work at the 10' length. After receiving them, they're absolutely beautiful however, the 10' length did not work as far as mounting it to the tent. I had to purchase a pack of small bungee cords and manufacture 16 new 3" bungees to make it work. Live and learn, if I ever need more. But I'd use them again, knowing what I know now. Quick, too!"

Horrible customer service.

"I placed an order w banners.com and an hour after I approved artwork Unfortunately I had to cancel it because my account didn’t have enough funds in their budget. Instead of canceling the order they told me it was already put into production. This was not a rush order and it was supposed to ship in 5 to 15 days. Instead they rushed it and shipped it next day. I’ve placed multiple orders with this company in the past and never has it shipped within 24 hours. But because I tried canceling my order they rushed it and told me I would not be getting a refund. Terrible customer service. I will not be doing business with this company going forward."

Ball Bungees

"There were no instructions on how to use the ball bungees. Package was soaked because delivery person set it on a wet doormat and it was in paper packaging. Did not ring doorbell, so I don’t know how long it sat there. Fortunately product was not damaged because of what it is."
