"Banners.com have outdone any other organization that I have purchased something from. I ordered a simple banner over the weekend for a friend. I was happy when I received a response from Sam G. asking me to review the banner to ensure it was what I wanted. I had created it myself and at the last minute decided to change some of the 'wording' on the banner. I informed Sam of this and explained the changes I wanted. I thought I'd have to do it myself which I expected to do since it was my own change.
To my pleasant surprise, Sam had prepared the changes to my exact specifications. No questions asked and he just went ahead and got it done quickly (within about 20 minutes) and then wrote an e-mail back within 30 minutes with a preview of the banner itself. It was perfect!
This has been the best customer service experience I have seen in years! I highly recommend this organization (Banners.com) and will definitely go to them first for any future needs within this area. This is the kind of customer service that you think about days after the transaction has been completed. Oh? By the way? Reasonably priced products too! Can't ask for anything more than this. Period.
