"I've used Banners 2x before and they were great. I tried to make another order which had problems with color gradient and I was on a deadline. I reached out in three different ways for several days and did not receive a response. I had to cancel and go with another company. I was later told they were swamped. Too bad!! Hire more people (well, maybe it's part of the pandemic)....prior to this experience they were outstanding. :("
