"A+ ! Our banners are beautiful! The colors, font and logo we used to design our banner arrived just as we had chosen, and were clear, bold, and very visible. The wind resistant mesh, reinforced hems and corners are just what we needed to deal with windy, stormy conditions. The banners will have to stay up for a long time to keep our neighborhood informed in these trying times and we are thankful to have had those options. "

"Extremely disappointed with 2-sided banner with pockets. I provided exact measurements, but still received the banner short by over an inch so it won't fit the fixed brackets. There also were very big wrinkles on both sides from the 2 banners welded together improperly. Their "customer service" manager gave me excuse after excuse of why that is, like its supposed to be acceptable that way. I could keep going, but will keep this short. The company needs to improve their "customer service" strategy. A poorly made product should not be acceptable at all. The manager DID NOT apologize but DEFENDED his poorly made product (I provided lots of pictures) and basically said that's the way it is. I don't get a refund or help but got an earful of "we don't guarantee" the product you ordered will be the size you ordered. Amazing! Maybe make the guarantee wordng bigger and on the first page of your website. "
