"I wanted to place an order for a large banner for the first time. I called because I was unsure of the process and wanted clarification since I needed the banner fast. The company customer service rep told me to order a specific way and I did.
Then I called to confirm they received the order since I didn't get a confirmation email right away. A different customer service rep said that the first customer service rep was wrong and that after paying for 1 day priority service and 2 day express shipping we would not get the items until Tuesday next week and today is Wednesday.
So, at first I was of course upset but then I reached out to the company and Paul called me back and listened to the issue and of course I didn't treat him poorly or get all chest puffed out. We spoke like two adults and fixed the issue by getting the banner to me with 1 day express shipping at no additional charge to me.
If more companies would take charge like this we would have less negative reviews. Please understand its not just their problem either you too must speak and treat them with respect. Don't expect to threaten or be mean to get your way sometimes a little kindness and professionalism goes along way.

"I ordered one banner and it came to me in an unfinished state. it was not sewn around the edges and did not have grommets in the corners. I called banners.com and talked to the banner terchnician who has helped on two other similar orders and this one. He said it was done correctly even though he had told me it would be sewn and grommeted during the manufacturing process. I asked to talke to his manager and he said he would have the manager call me. The manager replied promptly and agreed with me that the banner was not correct. He asked for me to text him a picture of it. I did and he immediately called back and said a new banner would be sents and I received it very promptly. I was surprised the technician was not more helpful but may have been following company procedure. The manager handled the matter very quickly and pleasantly. The second banner shipment came and the banner was perfect. Banners.com has made my organization over 120 banners and all of them were perfect, so this was an anomaly and I will continue to do business with them. "

She was very understanding and confirmed what I was looking to accomplish.
