"First order was great. I resubmitted the same artwork for the 2nd order but there was a color shift in the printing because my eps file was in RGB instead of CMYK. It still looks nice, but not as good as the colors in the RBG palette. User error on my part, but in the future it would be nice to have RGB color issues flagged before production starts. "

"Let me start by saying that I used to work in pre-press, so I know this process pretty well and what to expect. This should have been a really straight-forward process. However, they couldn't initially figure out how to use the vector art I'd submitted, so there was some unnecessary back and forth that caused delay, which resulted in costly expedited shipping to get my order in time for a trip. Then they ultimately sent the wrong color banner. They never responded to my message that I didn't receive what I'd ordered even with a photo attached. Print quality was fine, but wow. I'm not sure how this is your only job and you mess it up that bad."

"I designed a custom banner using the online tools. The banner arrived quickly and it is well-constructed, exactly as pictured in the proof. It will be used outside for a special yearly event and I should get many years of use from it. I experienced a little trouble adding clip art but once I figured this out, all went smoothly. Beth contacted me by email after placing my order and even thanked me with a hand written note sent via regular mail.
