"I have never had so many problems with one item. I was sent a terminal that was not compatible with my bank after I was told it was. It took a week to receive it when I was told 3 days. I had to order the correct one and pay for "express" shipping since my old terminal was no longer working. This still took a week to receive it. I then processed the RMA to send back the terminal that was not compatible with my bank to receive my refund. I have been calling to see why I have not received my refund and never heard back. Today (three months later) I was told they were sending back the terminal because it had a different serial number on it than the one they sent me. I had two terminals in my office: the one they sent that was wrong and the one that was right and working on my desk. Now they are shipping their own terminal back to me and I am left to do what?? It was $300 out of my pocket on top of the $400 the new terminal cost. This has scam written all over it. Now how do I prove the terminal they sent me was the correct serial number and the only one I could send back. If anyone has any ideas please let me know or it looks like I am out $300 plus all the "express" shipping."

When I received no communication back, I called. The fellow was very nice on the phone and said he would get back with me the next day. I heard nothing from him the next day so I called again. The lady was polite and told me they would call back. Nothing. The third call finally determined they could not get the product so I told them to just ship the first product. "
