"Worst company ever. Today is November27th 2012. I placed an order with Barcode on 10/31/12, there site said in stock and will ship within 24 hours. 2 weeks later, I called and requested a shipping confirmation (wed site still said in-stock) and was told it was being ship that day and I should receive my order by the end of the week. Last week I call again requesting a tracking number on my shipment and I was told it was being shipped out and I will receive my order by the 27th (today). I called again today and was told that they could not get a hold of the warehouse and my order will be shipped out today and someone from barcode will get back to me with confirmation my order is going to be shipped today…guess what….now Barcode said they don’t have the item, though, it still states in-stock on their web site. Either Barcode is incompetent or it’s a clear case of consumer fraud!

Update…Barcode cannot give me a shipping date and canceled my order…I and my company of over 2000 personnel will never do business with Barcode again.


I just received a phone call from Barcode…they said my part in-hand and will ship out today –next day shipping will be picked up by Barcode. They made it right…just a frustrating ordeal; saying that I may do business with them again; however, with a bit of apprehension…… "
