Bason has been perfect through this and I would highly recommend them!Trouble from the manufacturer though: I purchased a 42" plasma tv from Bason Computer on 12/27/04.Worked about 6 days total. Has taken up space ever since. It was delivered right after the 1st of the year.We were gone for about the first week that we had this, and upon our return we arranged our retirement space (400 sq ft)to accommodate this beauty.However a few days later we started to get messages in the upper left hand corner of the screen,all kinds of symbols and series of letters.The only way to rid of this was to change channels or power off the tv. Then in the middle of a program the tv shut off by itself,I had to keep pushing the power button on the back of the tv until it finally powered up.Then it continually got worse until it quit powering up all together.When all this started I called the Norcent Tech number and talked with V****,who told me he had never heard of such a thing and I needed to get in touch with the place where I bought the tv.So I did,I explained what was happening and J** called Norcent and then called me back to inform me that it was all handled and I would be hearing from them.A couple of days later I get a call from V***,who says I have to send the TV back.I told him one of the reasons I bought this TV is because of the Warranty that is on your website. http://www.norcent.net/main/support_warranty_plasma.asp .So V*** says that is wrong and he would get back with me:a couple of days went by and I didn't hear back.So I called and left message for him,finally I hear from him on Friday Jan. 21 and he tells me that he was going to arrange the pick-up of the TV at Norcent's cost and he would get a new one out to us as soon as this one arrives.He told me he would have the shipper get with us on Monday the 24th,I told him that because of our living in a small area and because of the warranty that states: "If the problem can not be fixed, we will dispatch a technical engineer to home for further diagnosis. If the technician discovers a defect, Norcent will, at its option, repair or replace the Plasma TV at no charge to the customer, provided it is during the warranty period." that we no longer had the box,he said that would be no problem and that he would take care of it.Monday comes and goes, no call from shipper or V****, Tuesday I call and try to find out what is going on, left message for V**** to call me, no return call.So I call Bason again and J** once again gets on this and on Wednesday I finally hear from V**** who faxed me a shipping bill of lading.He told me they would be in touch within a couple of days.Monday Jan 31st I finally get a call from the shipper,he says he is on his way to pick up the TV,he asks if it is all boxed and on a pallet,I told him that they were to take care of all that and I would call them to see what is going on.I call once again and leave message, didn't hear back for the biggest part of the day,so I once again call J** at Bason, he calls his contact at Norcent and said they would be in contact with me on Tuesday Feb 1.I had not heard anything by 4:00 PM MST and I called J** once again, he calls Norcent and in a little bit I get a call from a guy who I could hardly understand, he said his name was H***, Was quite rude acting, asked why in the world would I get rid of the box, that that was ridiculous! I walked him to your very own website and recited the statement in regards to a tech coming to the home, he said that is crazy, "do you really think if I sold a tv to someone in New York that I would fly someone there to fix it?? You are crazy!" I told him that V*** knew of the box problem and he assured me he would take care of it.So this H*** guy growls at me about talking with V**** and would get back to me.Well,I have not heard back from him. This has caused conflict in my home, has upset myself and my wife,I have lost sleep over it and now am just sick about it.I want it out of here and I want my money back,I don't care who does it but it needs to be done asap.I don't need a $2000.00 Paper Weight. UPDATE: The power of e-mail and the internet! I was so furious that I spent til about 3 AM looking up CEO's for Norcent and every time I found an e-mail address I copied the above and pasted to all the e-mail's I could find. Low and behold my phone and email started to really light up, I had a new TV and a box to ship one back in shipped out that very day, and arrived here in AZ the next day! Thank You Jim at Bason!! Bason has been perfect through this and I would highly recommend them!

"Bason Computer sold me an "OEM" drive that had been used for years without me knowing. I then sold this system to a customer and it broke within 90 days. I had a hard time getting a refund (less 15% stocking fee) and lost money fixing the problem with my customer. I will never buy from them again, and you shouldn't either."
"Bought personally from Bason a couple years ago with fine results. One of the higher-end SCSI drives in the video-editing machine at work died in the middle of a large project. Needed a replacement ASAP.
Websearched, found the best price at Bason (well, one cheaper but never heard of the other retailer), ordered overnight for $20 more - but worthy as we had to have it - and delivered by noon the next day.
Installed, seems to work fine, back to the project.
Bason has 'Name your Price' where you can ask for a discount. I asked for $10 off since the overall cost was high. They actually called an hour later saying they couldn't do that on this drive, which I expected, and I authorized the purchase anyway.
Ground shipping seems to be FREE.
