"I tried to setup an account with this company. After several telephone calls and Emails they still would not setup the account. I have accounts with Infotel and Evertek and never had this hard of time. I finally said forget in so many words. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESELLER! BEWARE! The company makes you fill out pages and pages of "reseller signup" information they want. I mean really, do you need to get someone's drivers license to transact a deal? lmao. Insane this company is in its expectations. Now, I do recommend EverTek (great folks, great packing, great discounts if you call them! I do and I have saved about $35 bucks on my last order!).
So, you have been alerted, warned, driven to concern (or you should be). They may have a high rating here.. but that would seem to be all in the past!
I hope this post helps at least one other person safeguard themselves from this company's ill reseller program!

I've found her to be honest and helpfull with information I've requested from her. My orders with her have always been accurate and timely. The only weakness I see with BASS is their refusal to offer me Net Terms or even COD company check. This has caused me to go elsewhere for many large orders. Every company has a weak spot and this is theirs.

"I have been VERY happy with Bass. Tonya Hall, my sales rep, has been exceptional! The thing that impresses me the most is the RMA process. The turnaround time for RMAs is 1-2 days. That is much better than any other distributor I deal with. Pricing could be a little better, but the service makes up for that. My only complaint is that I have spent over $60,000 with them in the past 3 years and I still can't get net terms. I just don't understand that! I have net terms with 3 other distributors in amounts ranging from $25,000 to $35,000, but Bass won't even consider me. Very frustrating! They would certainly get more of my business with net terms. But, if you're willing to deal with having to pay COD charges, Bass is better than anyone else.

Don't get to warehouse much so shipping is important. 99 % of the time it's next day delivery. I am very pleased with Bass as my major supply house."
