"I bought a charging station a while back from batteries In A Flash.It was a present for my daughter who had said she needed something like this.I found this product while surfing the web and it was the only place i saw this product.The charging station is truely unique and I hoped she would like it. When the order was received I discovered the box had been open and also an attachment was missing. I was very upset and immediately called customer services.I was expecting to have to do battle to get my money back or a new charger but as it turned out I got an immediate apology and the representative stated that it was totally against policy to send a floor model(which this one was) and that this had to have been a new employee or someone that did not know their policy.She also said that returned items are never resold.She immediately took care of the matter and had a new charging station sent to me from the manufacturer.It arrived in less than a week and my daughter loved the present.As for the first charger i had received she had said if i wanted to use it before mailing back it was fine and not to send it till i got my new one.( I DIDN'T USE IT THOUGH) Postage was paid by them so when i did send it back it involved no costto me.I was a new customer and wasn't sure at first whether I would shop there again but because of the prompt speed that they handled my order and complaint I will definately shop there again.
