"I have ordered from Battery Junction several times and always have received great service."
"I'm nor wasting more time than already have on these idiots so I'll keep it short and sweet.
I placed and order for 4 batteries, they shipped out fairly fast but I noticed they used DHL and knew immediately my package was going to be very late if show at all.
It arrived at the hub 3hrs from me in the same state which for the many MANY orders I've placed has never took more than a day from there to my box except during Corona and it took 2 days once.
The package sat there for 6 days with no movement. I contacted them several times and just got the runaround. Finally I told them I wanted refunded as I couldn't wait any longer and bought batteries locally paying way more.
They completely ignored my request and began spouting nonsense claiming they were shipped from Minnesota or something and that takes a while to reach missouri (funny because according to tracking it made it in about 8hrs on the first day...then they said also it was a federal holiday which also effects it..(also unless seeing as how fathers day is on a Sunday which they don't deliver on anywaysand also it had been setting there for Fri and Sat) it should have arrived on Friday but instead it shows up the next Thursday and funny how tracking hadn't changed in 6 days but as soon as I ask for a refund and told them dhl is notorious for losing or miss canning packages, within 5hrs it updates and says it'll be delivered the next day...very shady people who don't give a damn about their customers and I'm going to do a cc charge back for the amount I paid and trash these junk batteries...they aren't matched at all, 2 came at 38% charge 1 was 34% the other was 30%...I have a very expensive cell balancing charger I put them on and after charged I used 2 in a e cig and within 3 puffs 1 of the batteries already dropped 6%...tried the other 2 and they stayed within 2% of one another but for a 2100mah battery i got round 1400mah worth before they wouldn't put out enough amperage to even use the thing (they are rated 30amp continuos discharge and in series in my vape so should be 2100mah 60amps and about 8 volts...I vape at 80 watts which only pulls 10 amps so these batteries should easily handle that load but nope)
So I will be getting my money back and never doing business with them again and actually will go outta my way to make sure no one I know ever does either."
