"I had a bit of a issue with shipment, however the final outcome was great! These batteries were installed in my Glo 2 speakers. After a great amount of research, and absolutely no help from Monster Audio, I decided to go it on my own. These batteries came with about a 30% charge, and still worked. It took about 3 hours to get them to 100% , at which point I ran the color changing lights in my speakers for about 90 minutes in order to evaluate their discharge rate. The outcome showed 90% after testing, just what the doctor ordered! I will be ordering 3 more to complete both speakers.
As far as Monster Audio goes, their only solutions seem to be a reset of the speakers, which has absolutely nothing to do with bad cells that just will not charge. After 6 hours of charging the original batteries I tested them, 2 were at full capacity, but one was reading 150mvs. I knew that at least one battery was bad.
For you glo 2 users out there who are having these issues, there is a alternative, Battery Junction, check it out! Samsung 20A high drain 2500mah, 3.7v flat top batteries. Just keep in mind, during charging ensure you unplug the power cord when the red light is on solid, indicating fully charged.
I highly recommend Battery Junction for this particular application!"

"Today is January 18 mid afternoon. I placed my BJ order on January 8, a Saturday. There is Sunday next and finally Monday. At the 4 day Tuesday mark I received notice that Battery Junction had picked my order.
The order should have been picked, packed, labeled and delivered to DHL Monday. The evidence indicates my order laid around Battery Junction Monday and a good part of Tuesday.
DHL indicated my package was "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER" (a direct quote with mispelling) at 3:55 PM Tuesday afternoon. Not at shipping, just resting in the back of a DHL truck.
At this point it is January 12, and as far as I am concerned Battery Junction has lost a full 24 hours as they could have made DHL's pickup at 4 PM Monday. Didn't happen.
So right at this point all love for big inventory at BJ is gone. Monday 4 PM.
My package did not arrive at DHL distribution center until ~9:30 AM January 13. It languished again.
My package finally left DHL Avenal NJ at ~5 AM January 14 via whatever DHL uses but not air. My guess was by train. To S. California.
It arrived in S California DHL (whittier) at around 11 AM January 17, and was delivered to USPS around 4 PM that day. No hustle here, again. BTW, Whittier is around 15 miles from my local USPS. 15 miles. That USPS delivery from Whittier to my Post Office took almost an entire day.
My package has now arrived at my local post office at 1:30 PM January 18, today and will not be delivered today.
My experience here has been with 3 of the most inept delivery services not yet in bankruptcy: Battery Junction, DHL, and the biggest horror show of all, the USPS.
Now I chose economy shipping, but I did not choose "screw you" shipping. That's what I got. BJ made no mention of my shipping choice would require a significant portion of the month.
So 10 days on I don't have my package, and Battery Junction is asking me to "review my experience" even if no delivery has not been made.
The only impressive thing about this is that the train made it from NJ to S Cal in around 3 days, and that might have included switching cars around in Chicago or another location. Nice.
