"I'm not impressed with these batteries at all. They're actually worse then the old ones I've been using. I use these batteries for my vape and after 1 hour of using my vape the battery is already at half power and at half power my vape hardly was able to fire up. My old batteries at least at half power still fired up my vape. I'm wondering if I bought knockoff batteries or batteries that were already used. It's too bad because your customer service was spectacular. "
