"We have been buying the Renata CR1225's for years. We use 50 to 100 per month and have been very happy until recently. My most recent order of 100 CR1225's is not good. Most of them are bad out of the box. Supposedly these batteries have a shelf life of 10 years. Based on the expiration date these batteries are 4 or 5 years old. The voltage measures 3.2 VDC out of the package, However the discharge rate is extremely fast. Within 30 seconds my devices are showing symptoms of low voltage and within a few minutes are non-operational. Normally they last 2 to 3 months.

The return policy states that you must get ans RMA number within 7 days. Im not sure if thats 7 days from receiving the batteries but it does not matter since it was 10 days before I caught the problem. Now I am stuck with 100 CR1225's that are defective. 7 days is a bit short in my opinion."
