"I have been a Battery Junction customer for years. Their website used to work fine. When I went to the web site on 12/10/20 I attempted to place an order. However I could not as it was "frozen" and locked up on me. I tried numerous more times that day-with the same non-working result. I waited until 2 days later- and again found the website "locked up". Today (2/15/21) it again did the same thing, but when I tried my order again 30 minutes later it finally worked. I use my office computer to make daily purchases from many other vendors and never had this experience. I sincerely think you should upgrade your computer system/network if you don't want to frustrate your customers and lose their business to a competitor who makes ordering easy."
