"On Dec 26th I made an order. One of the items which was shown in stock actually wasn't so I had to go edit my order - 1st Delay. I swapped them for what should have been a same price item, but somehow they weren't actually the same price leaving a 92¢ balance (on a $52 order) so they held up shipment for 2 days to get their 92¢. -2nd Delay. Finally, on Dec 31st they sent me a shipping confirmation, only it wasn't actually shipped, they had just gotten a tracking number from DHL and sent it to me to make me think it had actually been shipped. It was not until 6 days later that it was actually (physically) received by DHL for shipment. It is now Jan 8th **14 days after I made my order ** and DHL tracking still shows it sitting in Westborough, MA and I'm only a short 1,536 miles away in Wichita, KS. While the batteries would have been marginally more expensive on Amazon my prime membership would have gotten them here over a week ago. So much for me trying to spend my money with the little guy. I'm afraid the huge corporate giant became a huge corporate giant for a reason - they actually value my business. Lesson learned."
