"Under my previous company I ordered from batteryjunction for several years, and then stopped using them due to a bad experience. Then when needing batteries for my current employer i mistakenly remembered good old batteryjunction. Who can't be bothered to answer replies to their emails about replacing back ordered items (which was not reflected on the website at time of order) for over a month and a half. When I finally call in the person on the other end wants to do nothing but assure me they haven't received any emails and that they answer all emails received and be rude and smart toned. Then they can't even offer a comparable product. Disgusting, now I remember why I stopped using batteryjunction to begin with 3 years ago. "
