When I indicated that I wanted to to use a different billing address, the new spaces for name and address opened up. I entered the data, then entered the credit card data, then submitted the form. it was rejected because of a billing address issue. It then changed the shipping address to the billing address and rechecked the box to use the sending address as the billing address. It was a mess. But I finally got it right again and everything went through OK."
