"I place the order for batteries on 5/12, they state the item is on backorder and will ship on 5/30. Reminder, this is 1-2 months into COVID shelter in place in many states.

I contact them on 6/25 (4 weeks after it’s supposed to show up) and ask status, Battery Junctions states that it’ll be in stock on 8/5.

On 8/6, I ask them for status, and they say back in stock on 8/28

On 9/18, I ask them for status, and they say back in stock on 9/21

On 10/11, I ask for status, and they now say, 2-3 weeks.

I asked them to cancel. Honestly, it’s been 5 months, they have no clue about your vendors/suppliers and no intention to status me, without me asking. Even a month after they estimated that the vendor would deliver, and they never got it, they never let me know that they never even got it to ship.

This is a company that has no clue what is coming in and how to keep their customers informed as to what is happening. I ordered this fully at least a month (in California 2 months) into the COVID situation, and now 5 months later, they just use that crutch to excuse their lack of understanding on when they can have any items that are on backorder delivery.
