I had to delete every field first, then go through each field again to enter the necessary information. The payment address auto defaulted to "same as shipping" but it was an address from account set up, not the address I just spent 3 minutes entering. I had to go through the same "delete every field then re enter each field" every time the payment screen looped through. "

"Why aren't you taking delivery to PO Boxes? Your account update doesn't jive with what's in your cart---updating anything after you've put items in your cart clears out your payment information. Why not be able to update shipping or billing addresses at the time of order rather than have the screen clear itself because its not whats on the account? Would rather use you folks than Amazon but you have to make this easier. Case in point--you want the invoice number below but you have to close this out to see it...and start over. "

"I received an e-mail about a Black Friday sale at Battery Junction. I ordered immediately. I then received a notification that the shipping will be delayed because of a stock outage. Why would you advertise a doorbuster without enough inventory? How does that make sense? Now, supposedly, the unit will ship Dec 17, 22 days after I ordered. And online resellers wonder why Amazon is kicking their butts! Amazon at least lists whether or not a product is in stock and, if not, a delivery date. "
